Ways to Get Help

The shared library chat services are staffed by Community Solution and affiliate school librarians, as well as members of our academic library cooperative. 

The chat can help with basic reference questions such as access to library databases, interlibrary loan, finding library resources, etc. 

For requests that can not be resolved by chat, our library partners will escalate with The Community Solution library team which is committed to responding in a timely manner.
