A few things to note:
- The purchasing of requested high price materials will normally happen at the end of a fiscal year when we can better assess availability of funds.
- Only current students, faculty and staff of The Chicago School can make a purchase request.
- The Library will attempt to purchase a digital copy of an item before a physical copy.
- This form is not intended for Test Kits or other Tests and Measures.
