Citing Your Work

RefWorks accounts are free for the KansasCOM community!

RefWorks is a citation management tool that will help you track the resources you plan to cite when writing. You can also connect your RefWorks account to Microsoft Word or Google Docs to easily cite as you write!

With RefWorks you can: 

  • Collect references from a variety of sources and store them in a single location
  • Organize references in folders and sub-folders by topic
  • Format and create bibliographies in NLM Style
  • Share folders of references with colleagues and project partners
  • Insert citations into your papers with Microsoft Word or Google Docs

Register for your free account using your KHSU email address. Click on the "Create Account" link from the RefWorks Login Page. Watch the videos below to learn more about RefWorks and get started!
