If any modification is made to an existing approved study in the future such as, but not limited to, a change of recruitment or data collection site, change of subject group, changes to the consent form or processes, changes to data collection methods or instruments, or a change of study personnel etc., the Saybrook University IRB must review and approve the proposed revision prior to initiating the changes to the study. Please use the modification tab in Mentor IRB to submit any changes for review.
