Using TTA Anatomy

We are currently conducting a trial for Theime Teaching Assistant Anatomy through mid-October with the hope to add this to our library’s resources.

To access the trial, please follow these steps or visit our website for more detailed information.

1. Go to https://tta.thieme.com/favorites/playlist

2. Click "Login" (upper right)

3. Select OpenAthens Login

4. Accept cookies - if prompted

5. Under select institution, select TCS Education System from the drop-down menu and continue

6. Follow the usual TCS sign in screens (If already logged may not be prompted)

Content from TTA may be used in class sessions with no copyright or licensing concerns. Please visit our website for information about downloading images and PowerPoint slides.

Detailed Instructions

1. Go to: Theime Teaching Assistant Anatomy

2. Accept cookies to proceed

3. Click on 'Login' to access the trial

4. Select 'OpenAthens Login'

5. Select TCS Education System from dropdown menu

6. Sign to Single Sign On (SSO) if not already logged in.

7. You should see our school's name at the top right of the screen. You are now successfully logged in to our trial. These steps will need to be repeated each time you use this resource for the duration of our trial.


Downloading Images and Power Point slides

1. Images

  • Browse and locate the image you would like to download
  • You have the choice of showing the leaders (lines) and/or the labels in the image you download
  • Make your selection

  • Select save as JPG

2. Power Point Slides

  • Follow the same steps for images - you even have the option of labels and leaders for slides
  • Select save as Powerpoint

Save the file how you normally would.

For Power Point slides, we recommend leaving the copyright information, citation and image information to comply with copyright law and academic guidelines for using copyright images.
