This guide provides an overview of the support services available throughout The Community Solution Education System Libraries at a system-wide level.

Within all Community Solution libraries, there exists a collective pool of resources including eBooks, eJournals, research tools, chat services, and interlibrary loan services.

Should you need assistance, direct communication with our System Library team is available.

For students or faculty members associated with our affiliate institutions, we encourage exploration of the services provided by your nearby library. These resources and services are tailored to optimize and enrich your experience.

Our Community Libraries provide chat services administered by our librarians during our standard operating hours, contingent upon their availability.

Moreover, our libraries actively participate in a global Academic Chat Cooperative, ensuring around-the-clock support for students, faculty, and staff. This collaborative endeavor is dedicated to assisting individuals with diverse inquiries, such as locating citations and submitting interlibrary loan requests. Additionally, we have established an escalation process to local libraries for queries beyond the scope of our chat librarians' capabilities.
