Due to licenses and copyright restrictions, access to our electronic resources is only available to our faculty, staff, and currently enrolled students.
Unfortunately, due to the same restrictions, we are unable to offer our alumni access to our electronic resources. However, the libraries maintain a list of curated Open Access scholarly databases which are open to the public. Alumni can also explore our Open Education Resources list.
You may continue to use OneSearch to search for articles.
When you enter your search terms, limit the search to Open Access under Availability in the Tweak your results section.
Click Apply Filters and results will update. You will be able to access these results.
If you have used the RefWorks citation manager during your time at Saybrook, have no fear. You will not lose access to your account and you can continue using your Saybrook email address for your login name.
Alumni should update their RefWorks account prior to graduation by selecting the Alumni option from the Profile/Role section of the Settings page.
If you wish to use another citation manager, you will need to export your RefWorks content out of it and into the citation manager of your choice.
